This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and excellent ski storage. The staff returned my forgotten shower bag during my first stay, which was a nice touch. I'm definitely coming back for Christmas!

the overall experience was truly underwhelming. the hot breakfast was scarce by 9 am, and the barman, quite rude, could use a lesson in manners. woudl ve been nice to get some complimentary coffee in my room, considering the price. i almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t, too many letdowns.

Beautiful balconies with breathtaking views of Matterhorn.
I couldn't believe the mattress was so thin. I barely slept during my stay. The housekeeping staff completely ignored the do not disturb sign, which was intrusive and embarrassing. Breakfast was a disaster on weekends, as they ran out of hot food, forcing me to skip a proper meal.

I stayed in the Economy Double Room and it was spacious with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The decor was charming and added a cozy vibe. The bathroom was recently updated, which was a plus. The heated towel rail was a nice touch after cold days. However, the mattress felt a bit thin, so I didn’t sleep as well as I hoped.

great location but service needs improvement
The location is ideal for enjoying breathtaking mountain views! ! The breakfast offered a delightful variety, ensuring a pleasant start to each day. The facilities were impressive, especially the cozy atmosphere in the bar/restaurant, where we enjoyed drinks after a long day.
The service, while friendly, occasionally felt slow during peak hours.

Amazing views and cozy vibes!
The room we got had an epic view of the mountains, seriously breathtaking. Monique was super friendly and really made us feel at home. The bar was always buzzing with people, and the food was really tasty. Only wish there was a kettle in the room for late-night cocoa.

This was just a solid selection for a short stint in Zermatt with good value for money. The breakfast staff were lovely and extremely helpful, making mornings much brighter. Bring extra pillows if you prefer more than one per person.
